Netflix viewers are divided after watching ’10/10’ action movie that left them intrigued

The latest movie on has caused disagreement among subscribers, with some giving it a perfect score and others saying it's awful.

The movie directed by Roseanne Liang, which came out in 2021, features Chloë Grace Moretz, Taylor John , and Nick Robinson.

Moretz stars as Maude Garrett, a female pilot during WWII who takes a flight with classified documents and an all-male crew, only to a sinister force on the plane.

Maude is in a tense situation as she deals with an air ambush and tries to control the evil on the plane to save herself, her crew, and the cargo.

Shadow in the Cloud received the People's Choice Award for Midnight Madness at the 2020 Toronto International Festival premiere.

The film made slightly more than $1 million when it came out in theaters the next year.

Yet, it has garnered a variety of from viewers since being added to Netflix.

A member of the Netflix Bangers Facebook group gave the film a perfect score of 10/10, describing it as suspenseful, scary, with good acting, and intriguing. They even shared a screenshot of the film poster.

Another person seemed to share the same sentiment, stating: “20/10. My 9-year-old, who is usually very selective, also enjoyed the film.”

A third added: “Pls support this movie! A total women's empowerment movie!”

Another person wrote: “Really enjoyed it! It was so interesting how we only saw everything from her point of view while she was in the gunner seat for most of the film.”

Yet, not everyone believed it was worth seeing, since some called it ‘awful'.

One unimpressed viewer added: “Intriguing sure. I couldn't stop watching but not good, not even a little bit lol.”

Another wrote: “Ppl have super low standards with movies. This movie tried to be like 3 genres in one and failed miserably at all of them.”

“Disappointing movie that lacked substance, mishmash of ideas and not worth the to – shame,” posted one viewer.

On Rotten Tomatoes, the score for “Shadow in the Cloud” is 32 percent, while the critic score is 77 percent.
