Hilary Duff has once again grown her family! The actress from Lizzie McGuire happily announced the arrival of her fourth child on May 3, joining her husband Matthew Koma and becoming their third child together. In addition to sharing adorable photos, Hilary also unveiled the distinctive name of her newborn.
The actress, who is 36 years old, happily announced the news on Instagram, sharing a collection of personal black-and-white photos that documented her water birth at home.
She penned, ”I've been longing to embrace you for months and the last 5 days of discovering you, gazing at you, and inhaling your scent have been truly enchanting. We all adore you as if you've always been here, my dear.”
Duff revealed the unique name of her daughter: Townes Meadow Bair.
She jokingly remarked, “We finally understand why she took her time… She was perfecting those adorable cheeks!”
Online fans quickly sent their congratulations to the couple and commented on how vibrant their daughter appears.
Celebrities shared their congratulations on Instagram for the star. Brenda Song, Macaulay Culkin's partner, said, ”Congratulations!!! She's perfect. I'm thrilled for you both!! You're amazing, woman.” Actress Kim Cattrall also commented, ”Welcome Baby Townes! Such a beautiful start.”
Even though it was extremely cute, the name raised worries for many online users, with a lot of them showing doubts about the decision.
One person commented, “Such a beautiful baby!”, while another remarked, “But why did they choose such an unattractive name for her?” A third individual noted, “That poor child having to live with a name like that.”
