Amber Heard appears to be moving forward and creating a fresh start after her legal disputes with former spouse Johnny Depp.
Depp and Heard got married in 2015, but the actress from Aquaman filed for divorce only a year later.
After they finalized their divorce in 2016, they released a joint statement to show unity. However, their relationship took a turn for the worse after Heard published an article in The Washington Post.
In the 2018 article, Heard discussed her encounters with sexual abuse and violence. Although she didn't explicitly mention Depp as the perpetrator, he later filed a defamation lawsuit against her.
Heard filed a $100 million countersuit, claiming he started a smear campaign against her.
The high-profile legal battle made international news, as the jury ultimately sided with Depp.
They supported Heard's counter-suit, but also accused one of Depp's lawyers of defaming the actress in a statement.
In 2022, all the court cases were thought to be resolved and Heard chose to move to Spain with her daughter, Oonagh Paige.

In April 2021, she welcomed her child through a surrogate and has kept the identity of the baby's father a secret.
Heard reportedly changed her name as she embarked on her new life in Spain.
She was known as Martha Jane Cannary, the actual name of the famous American sharpshooter Calamity Jane, as per last year's reports.
The El Diario de Mallorca stated: “The selection of this identity, displayed at the entrance of her new Mallorcan residence, attracts a lot of attention. This is particularly interesting because Johnny Depp has consistently claimed that his family has Native American ancestry, with his great-great-grandmother being Cherokee.”
It is unclear if Heard still uses this name, however.

The actress currently resides in Madrid and dedicates her time to Oonagh Paige.
In 2022, a source informed PEOPLE that she is dedicated to nurturing her daughter. They spend their days together, going for walks, exploring parks, and cherishing their family moments. Amber is truly an exceptional mother.
Heard speaks Spanish fluently and shocked fans when a video of her first Spanish interview was released last year.
During the brief conversation, the 38-year-old woman talked about her passion for Spain and her intention to settle down there.
