Taylor Swift, 34, received criticism for her choice of underwear when her dress accidentally revealed it to fans. “Not a good look,” commented one person.
Taylor Swift, who is widely considered the biggest music star of our time, has the remarkable talent to draw in tens or even hundreds of thousands of fans to every concert she holds.
The singer, who is 34 years old, just completed three successful concerts in Stockholm. It is estimated that between 150,000 and 200,000 fans attended these shows in the Swedish capital.
During the third night of her Eras Tour concert, Swift had a small wardrobe issue while performing onstage. Despite the mishap, she handled it well, fixed her outfit quickly, and sang a touching version of her song How Did It End? while playing the piano for the crowd.
When her dress slipped, it showed a gold bralette and sparkly black shorts underneath. Despite handling it well, many criticized the singer after seeing the video shared by a concert attendee.
Someone on Facebook commented that her shorts resemble a diaper, which is not flattering at all.
“Those look like granny panties…..look good on her 😂,” another person commented on Instagram.
There were also those who speculated Swift could be pregnant. “Hmm..🤔 looking kind of round on the lower abdomen. Is she trying to tell us something?” they wrote.
“It looks intentional,” a fourth said of the dress slip.
The fifth commenter wrote in a critical tone, “She's probably used to undressing anyway.”
A sixth added: “She's a hot mess [and] has been!”
Despite the criticism the singer faced for the incident, her devoted Swifties rushed to her defense. “It happens! She handled it with grace ♥️ 👏 👏,” commended a fan. Another admirer praised, “whatever she was wearing under it was nice too.”
Regardless of the dress incident, Swift's concerts were extremely successful. After the show, Swift expressed her gratitude on Instagram to the generous, enthusiastic, and magical crowds in Stockholm. She also mentioned that they broke the stadium's all-time attendance record for all three nights. Swift couldn't believe it was their first time performing in Sweden, but assured that it wouldn't be their last.
