Doctor claims that smoking a single vape is equal to a significant number of cigarettes

Many individuals use e-cigarettes, but a doctor has provided insight into the meaning of a typical 600 puff vape.

A doctor has provided their opinion on the number of cigarettes that is equal to a single standard 600 puff vape.

Many teens and adults are trying disposable vapes for their flavors and convenience, but a doctor on is warning that they can be very harmful to your health.

At first, vaping was marketed as a healthier option compared to smoking cigarettes. However, the popularity of vaping has skyrocketed in recent years to the point where it's difficult to walk down the street without encountering someone's vape cloud.

Disposable vapes are a popular choice for many individuals as they offer a range of flavors and are designed to be discarded once they are finished being used.

Rishi Sunak disposable vape ban

PM Rishi Sunak has announced that the UK will be banning disposable vapes. The announcement comes as part of ambitious government plans to tackle the rise in youth vaping and protect children's health. Disposable vapes have been a key driver behind the alarming rise in youth vaping, with the proportion of 11 to 17-year-old vapers using disposables increasing almost ninefold in the last two years.    This is a HUGE move! #vaping #vapingban #vapingawareness #ukgovernment #primeminister #rishisunak #uklaws #ladbible #breakingnews #smokingban #fyp

Vapes are seen as a healthier option than cigarettes, but they still come with health risks that many users are unaware of despite the appealing flavors and packaging.

Dr. Onkar Mudhar warned on TikTok that smoking a 600 puff vape is like smoking 48 to 50 cigarettes.

He mentioned that nicotine in these devices is highly addictive and can lead to gum disease, dry mouth, tooth decay, and premature tooth loss.

Additionally, they may lead to unpleasant breath. Therefore, it's best to steer clear of them completely.

Dr. Gareth Nye forecasted that in a decade, many 30-year-olds might experience lung problems.

He cautioned that the liquid includes nicotine and other dangerous substances that are also present in cigarettes. This implies that although vaping is safer than smoking, it still carries some risks.

Dr. Nye expressed concern about the misconception among young individuals that vaping is harmless, which is completely false.

Australia is now installing detectors in schools due to the increasing issue of students as young as 12 vaping on school premises worldwide.

It seems as though having a quick vape in the school toilets has become the new sneaking behind the bike shed for a cigarette (guilty!).

Rishi Sunak has also chosen to take strict action against it.

The popularity of disposable vapes has skyrocketed, as a recent study revealed that 16.7 percent of vapers in the UK now use them, a significant increase from the previous rate of 1.2 percent.
