Many teens and adults are trying disposable vapes for their flavors and convenience, but a doctor on TikTok is warning that they can be very harmful to your health.
At first, vaping was marketed as a healthier option compared to smoking cigarettes. However, the popularity of vaping has skyrocketed in recent years to the point where it's difficult to walk down the street without encountering someone's vape cloud.
Disposable vapes are a popular choice for many individuals as they offer a range of flavors and are designed to be discarded once they are finished being used.

Vapes are seen as a healthier option than cigarettes, but they still come with health risks that many users are unaware of despite the appealing flavors and packaging.
Dr. Onkar Mudhar warned on TikTok that smoking a 600 puff vape is like smoking 48 to 50 cigarettes.
He mentioned that nicotine in these devices is highly addictive and can lead to gum disease, dry mouth, tooth decay, and premature tooth loss.
Additionally, they may lead to unpleasant breath. Therefore, it's best to steer clear of them completely.

Dr. Gareth Nye forecasted that in a decade, many 30-year-olds might experience lung problems.
He cautioned that the liquid includes nicotine and other dangerous substances that are also present in cigarettes. This implies that although vaping is safer than smoking, it still carries some risks.
Dr. Nye expressed concern about the misconception among young individuals that vaping is harmless, which is completely false.
Australia is now installing detectors in schools due to the increasing issue of students as young as 12 vaping on school premises worldwide.
It seems as though having a quick vape in the school toilets has become the new sneaking behind the bike shed for a cigarette (guilty!).

The popularity of disposable vapes has skyrocketed, as a recent study revealed that 16.7 percent of vapers in the UK now use them, a significant increase from the previous rate of 1.2 percent.
