With tears in her eyes, Jamie Lee Curtis talked about 9/11 and the videos of Kirk being shot, which have both been shared on social media.
“Yesterday [on 9/11], we saw those images of the buildings falling down again. … Today, we are constantly faced with so many images. We really don't understand the long-term effects of seeing those towers collapse repeatedly, or watching his execution over and over again,” she mentioned, before going back to the videos of Kirk's death.
“We don't know enough about how this affects us mentally. What does it do? I really don't want to see this footage of this man being shot again.”
Rest in peace, Charlie Kirk.
