The chances of developing pancreatic, mouth, and throat cancer are also decreased.

She mentioned that after 15 years, the chances of getting coronary heart disease are equal to those of a person who doesn't smoke. The risk of developing pancreatic cancer also follows the same pattern.

Regrettably, those who quit will still go through the unpleasant withdrawal symptoms, such as cravings, irritability, and headaches.

The side effects will start to decrease slowly in the weeks after quitting. It usually takes about a month for smokers to completely break the habit.

Even though the beginning may be tough, Djordjevic points out that withdrawal symptoms are at their worst on the third day. However, the advantages of quitting vaping in the long run outweigh the temporary challenges.
